SOJ serves as Owner's Representative/Development Manager for the owner of three contiguous downtown blocks in Seattle's International District. SOJ advises the owner on all pre-development aspects of a visionary full-block, mixed-use transit-oriented development, and leads key development strategy and planning with the client, including visioning, programming, market analysis, feasibility, valuation, zoning and entitlements, budgets/finance, schedule and investment profiles. SOJ also advises the owner in its management of conceptual planning, design, costing, community relations, entitlements and legal strategy. |
