Tom Fuller. Mr. Fuller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Science from Yale University. From 1969 until 1988, Mr. Fuller worked for The Oregon Bank and its successor, Security Pacific Bank Oregon. He held a number of positions primarily focusing on projects, loans or areas of responsibility that had gone awry. From 1988 until 1991, Mr. Fuller worked for the State of Oregon. He managed the largest expansion of the prison system for the Department of Corrections and then managed four significant sections of the Economic Development Department representing 80% of the agency's budget and 40% of the employees. Mr. Fuller joined SOJ in 1991 and has been managing a variety of innovative projects including the $1 million renovation of Pioneer Courthouse Square and the $2.7 million redevelopment of its lobby; work for the Port of St. Helens and Columbia County to establish an Urban Renewal District at Port Westward; the Oregon Beef Production Project to develop a $20 million beef slaughterhouse in Madras, Oregon; work for Anderson Hay and grain and Weyerhaeuser Corporation regarding grass seed straw utilization; consulting and construction management work for Jubitz Corporation; the development of a new build-to-suit facility for Rundel Products; and a smaller $3.6 million commercial development project for the Wentworth family.
