Steve Cruzen. Mr. Cruzen earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Oregon in 1977. From 1977 to 1988 he practiced at various architectural firms in Portland, Oregon and Aspen, Colorado. Mr. Cruzen became a Registered Architect in the State of Oregon in 1986. From 1988 to 1996, Mr. Cruzen held the position of Project Manager for the Oregon Health Sciences University where he managed major projects including new academic, research, parking and hospital expansions. Mr. Cruzen was employed by Nike, Inc. to oversee portions of their $500,000,000 North Campus Expansion, and later acted as Project Manager for a Developer for four major residential buildings in the Pearl District of Portland. Since joining Shiels Obletz Johnsen in 1999, Mr. Cruzen has managed the design and construction of the Children's Museum, a new Corporate Headquarters for Freightliner, Inc., a new Corporate Headquarters for Columbia Sportswear Company, Museum Place Lofts & Townhouses, Sun Microsystems, United Carriage Building, the Crane Building and the Ronald McDonald House West. |
