Lisa Selman. Ms. Selman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree and Certificate of Real Estate Development from Portland State University. Between 1992 and 1997, Lisa worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as an accountant in the Superfund program in Durham, North Carolina and then worked directly for the comptroller as a budget analyst at EPA Headquarters in Washington, DC. Venturing westward, Lisa served as a budget analyst for the City of Gresham, Oregon before deciding to attend graduate school full time in 1999. Since joining SOJ in 2000, she has been involved in all aspects of development from initial design to construction and occupancy, with an emphasis on budget management and building fit-out. Her efforts have focused on development of the Hollywood Library/Bookmark Apartments, Museum Place Lofts & Townhouses, and the St. Francis Apartments among other projects. Ms. Selman currently serves as the Comptroller for the Portland Streetcar project.
