Justine Kim. Ms. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Washington. She became a Registered Architect in the State of Washington in 1993. She has over 20 years of architectural and construction management experience in various capacities from project design and construction to contract administration and project management. From 1996 to 2001, while employed at NBBJ Design, she worked on many mixed-use commercial and office buildings, including the Headquarters for Vulcan NW. From 2001 to 2007, she worked for the Capital Program Office of The Seattle Public Library, successfully managing the development of 7 branch library projects and overseeing the completion of 5 other branches, as part of "The Libraries for All" Capital Program. Ms. Kim joined SOJ in 2007 and has since completed Fire Station 10 (which includes the Fire Alarm Center and the Emergency Operations Center, as well as the main Station for the City of Seattle) and the Burien City Hall project which is co-located with King County Library Burien Branch. |
