Francesca Gambetti. Ms. Gambetti received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Master of City Planning from U.C. Berkeley. Prior to joining SOJ she gained experience in non-profit housing development and public policy work, which included a fellowship with the European Union to conduct research for the Committee on Culture. Since joining SOJ in 1998, she has collaborated on a variety of public and private projects involving housing, transportation, and mixed-use development. Ms. Gambetti's primary responsibilities include conducting feasibility analyses, structuring financing, managing the design process, fundraising, procuring entitlements, organizing neighborhood outreach and managing marketing efforts. She was involved in structuring and securing highly complex financing packages for a number of mixed-use projects, including Museum Place Lofts & Townhouses, The St. Francis Apartments, The Bookmark Apartments and Madison Office Condominiums. She served on the City's Design Commission from 2003 - 2006.
