Ethan Bernau, LEED AP. Mr. Bernau received a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and a Master of Urban Planning degree, with a concentration in real estate, from the University of Washington. His background includes experience in office market analysis, mixed-income housing development, and public sector transportation planning. Mr. Bernau is skilled at providing day-to-day management of large construction projects, including oversight of contractors and design consultants, coordination of the environmental review and permitting process, tracking and analysis of project budgets and schedules, LEED certification, and other construction administration duties. Since joining SOJ in 2004, he has collaborated on a variety of complex development projects such as the City of Seattle's Joint Training Facility and Duwamish River Habitat Restoration projects, the City of Kent's LEED Gold-certified ShoWare Center project, SCORE's $90 million multi-jurisdictional correctional facility project, and the City of Burien's Community Center Renovation project. |
