Ethan Bernau. Mr. Bernau received a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and a Master of Urban Planning degree, with a concentration in real estate, from the University of Washington. He has experience in mixed-income housing development, office market analysis, public sector planning, and the environmental review and entitlement process. Since joining SOJ in 2004, Mr. Bernau has collaborated on a variety of complex planning and development projects for the City of Seattle, including the Public Safety Building block (part of the Seattle Civic Center project), the Joint Training Facility, and the revitalization of the Northgate neighborhood.
