Charles R. Bahlman, AIA, PE. Mr. Bahlman earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree, Cum Laude in 1972 from Vanderbilt University, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering in 1975 and Bachelor of Architecture in 1976 from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Bahlman is both a licensed Architect and a registered Professional Engineer and, until 1989, practiced design in both fields in Denver and Boulder, Colorado and Portland, Oregon. In addition, he was a licensed general contractor in Denver, Colorado and owner of an architecture firm and general contracting company there. Since 1989, Mr. Bahlman has concentrated his professional efforts on consulting Project Management and joined Shiels Obletz Johnsen in 1994. He has completed numerous successful projects including corporate headquarters, office buildings, high-rise and medium-rise apartments and condominiums, houses, public buildings, retail projects, churches and projects for schools and non-profit organizations.
