Bradley D. Tong, PE. Mr. Tong received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington in 1985, with minor studies in urban planning and obtained his professional engineering license from Washington in 1990. Following 7 years of structural engineering practice, designing high-rise commercial office, retail, cultural and institutional facilities, he moved into project management and development. Since joining SOJ in 1995, Mr. Tong has successfully overseen the development of significant civic, cultural/artistic, commercial, residential, retail, sports, and institutional projects. Mr. Tong maintains a reputation of managing highly ambitious and complex projects, including the Seattle City Hall/Civic Center Plazas and ShoWare Center, with expertise in critical analysis, design and construction, legislation, public process, financing, and protocol. |
